Leech Concrete Reinforcer is designed to bond, fortify, prime and seal concrete cement, plaster, stucco and masonry. Can be used to permanently bond new concrete to old concrete, or other surfaces such as wood, hardboard, brick, ceramic tile, concrete block and metal.
